Hand drawn to Cad Conversions

Sometimes someone will need a hand drawn sketch or older drawing converted to a cad drawing. This is particulary useful when making changes to an existing building or design that was done by hand.  You can verify that the dimensions all add up and that what you are trying to do will actually fit in the space you have available.  Below is one such conversion I recently did for a client.  He sent in the hand drawn sketch, and I drew his floor plan accordingly.  I found several errors on his sketch, which required him to go and measure the building a couple of times.  By drawing each room full scale, I was able to show him where the dimensions he'd given me simply weren't possible.  Two plus two has to add up to four, no matter who's running the pencil!
